REACTOR 52001

REACTOR Men's 52001 Gamma Never Dark Black Dial Titanium Bracelet Watch REACTOR 52001. I received this watch about two months ago. I absolutely love it! I'm amazed that there haven't been more companies using this idea (lume and tritium). This watch glows very bright with a short burst of sun light and it stays visible for a few hours, but the awesome thing is the tritium. You can be at the last half of a movie an look down and see the time, no problem. The watch is very light and wears well. I have about a 6.75 to 7 inch wrist and I think the size is perfect. I've had Luminox and Marathon watches and while I liked them, this one takes the cake. I also love the day/ date display. I ... REACTOR 59807

REACTOR Men's 59807 Trident Never Dark Yellow Dial Black Rubber Strap Sport Watch REACTOR 59807. Throughout the history of the wristwatch, designers have struggled with the best method to illuminate the watch face for easy viewing at night. Originally, radium paint was applied, but the radioactive side effects to the workers quickly made this unacceptable. Various phosphourescent compounds have been tried, but most remain visible only a short while in the dark. Electroluminescence was introduced in the '80s, but has the disadvantages of reducing battery life and requiring a button press to activate. Tritium-filled luminous tubes entered the market in the '90s, and while their multi-year illumination makes them a good choice, their relatively low brightness can be difficult to see in partially lit conditions, or immediately after moving from a brightly lit to a ... REACTOR 59501

REACTOR Men's 59501 Trident Never Dark Black Dial Black Nitride-Plated Sport Watch REACTOR 59501. I have all but sworn off quartz watches that needed battery replacements. Thus, I only buy solar powered or kinetic quartz watches. Until now, that is.Before I purchased this watch, I did some research. I was impressed by the Reactor philosophy and their Reactor DNA, and hence decided to purchase this non-solar, non-kinetic quartz watch. Since it has a 10 year battery life, I figure that's almost as good as a solar/kinetic powered one.First off, the watch I received is slightly different in looks to the one shown here in the picture. The minute and hour hands are silver metallic, not black or grey as depicted in the pictures here. Secondly, the minute markings around the rim do not have ... REACTOR 75103

REACTOR Men's 75103 Critical Mass Chronograph Blue Dial Two-Tone Watch REACTOR 75103. Seems like a very durable, stout watch. I got the two tone because that is what was in stock. the face is a little busy for my taste in that it has gold, silver, blue and black all on the face and surround. Couple that with 3 chrono dials and it is a bit much. Would have preferred all stainless, but not in stock. Very bright in the dark which was primary consideration. Overall, a very good watch 1 ...
